This project was fun because it was my sister’s space to design. The bonus room was unused, and it needed some attention. My sister worked long hours and needed her retreat. I suggested using the bonus room to relax and call your own. She was going just to place a sofa and tv and call it a day. No way, I told her that we needed to showcase this room as a Girl’s Retreat, and we could add a fireplace. Her eyes popped, and she said, “We Can” The rest is history. Now she enjoys her space after those long working days and enjoys the relaxation.
